What we do when you call

  Phone triage. We ask the right questions — is the tree on the house, is anyone hurt, are power lines involved, is the driveway blocked. If it’s a genuine emergency we tell you how to stay safe while we plan the response.

  On-site assessment, arborist-led. We walk the property, look at load path, entry points, rigging options, and crane access before we commit a crew. Assessing first is how we avoid making the damage worse — it’s the difference between removing a tree and damaging the roof twice.

  Crew and equipment dispatched to match the job. If it’s a crane pick, we roll the crane. If it’s rigging off a climber, we send the climbing crew. We don’t show up with a chainsaw and hope for the best.

  Removal, cleanup, and insurance documentation. We document the damage and the removal on site — photographs before we move wood — so your insurance claim has what it needs. Site is left clean when we’re done.
